Stayed back today for Home Economics. Cooked some rice thingy and made corn jelly. Woot! Both were nice too eat. Saved some for TJ but by the time TJ gets to eat it it’ll go bad, I think. No harm trying right? Haha. Miguel wrote me a testimonial. Sooooooooo funny can? Wrote to me that he loved me and asked me to be his, then at the end was message sent wrongly. Something like that. Haha. It all happened when a stupid friend sent an sms to him saying that ‘I’ loved him and wanted him to be my stead. Full of crap. So now, he’s getting baq at me thru friendster. But it’s all jus plain for fun. MIGUEL, YOU’RE MY “DARHLING-BY-MISTAKE”! Hahaha. *beam.
Nothing much happened at school today. Si Wing got the rollers underneath her chair stuck to a computer wire in the computer lab today. Then Athirah, Madeline, Peiying, Melanie and I were like pulling it out and stuff. Finally came out after a few struggles, but the wire tore. So we used Eilis’s duck tape to tape the torn part. Use it as insulator. Hopefully the computer doesn’t spoil. Si Wing, you owe us one! Hahaha. Then I asked AH-QIU for a SJC sticker for pulling out the wire and she said she didn’t even know our school had one. Hahaha. Stupid.
During CD, prayed for Pope John Paul 2. Then we watched a video on his life. Watched only halfway. Quite saddening to watch though it’s only the first half. Learned more about his life and how he had forgiven his would-be assassin. (In case you don’t know what I’m talking about, I suggest go watch the news.) And he also has a great sense of humor. And never really showed his weakness. He only did when he was ill. He’s a great man, for he was the servant of all servants of God. Even though I’m not a Catholic, I give my respects to him, not as a Pope, but as a Father who had done great things to help this world. He’s been doing that ever since, like forever! I shall say a prayer for him:
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, Amen.
Our Father in Heaven
Holy be your name
Your kingdom come
Your will be done on earth as in Heaven
Give us today our daily bread
Forgive us our sins as we forgive those
Who sin against us
Do not bring us to the test
But deliver us from evil
Amen.
Hail Mary, full of grace
The lord is with you
Blessed are you amongst women
And blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
Pray for us, sinners, now and at the hour of our death
Amen.
Glory be to the Father,
And to the Son,
And to the Holy Spirit
As it was in the beginning,
Is now
And ever shall be,
World without end.
Amen.
So whatever religion you are, take jus a minute off your busy schedule, and say a prayer, for we have lost one man as good as the Pope, but there are defiantly more to come, if everyone believes in God. Peace. 0=)
i wonder whether you were worth it all.
